Cody Rhodes vigorously and methodically checked his appearance in a motel mirror. He was dressed in an obscenely expensive black suit with a white dress shirt underneath and a black skinny tie. Rhodes constantly rubbed and thumbed at his nose, a hint that he may have been involved in activities earlier in the evening. As he stared at his reflection a small trickle of blood began to drip from one of his nostrils. He stared in silence at the sight before the corner of his mouth curled up into a smirk. The trace of red liquid were wiped away with a tissue and the now former IC title contender stepped out of the bath room and into the main quarters of the small hotel he was staying it. It didn't at all look like something someone with such a ridiculously high standard would stay in. The small television set was nothing but crackling static but the volume was lowered to an almost mute level. There was a figure sitting on the queen sized bed that was stuffed in the corner of the room. A female in a long, gray tank top and leather pants with a grey stocking cap pulled low.
Aksana: It takes you this long. For sex.
Cody Rhodes: I always have to look my best. Always. And this..this..hotel room..I'm appalled. I cannot even to think how many stars this place. What? One in a half at the most?
The dark haired Lithuanian slowly shook her head and took a long drag from a cigarette.
Aksana: It's a motel, not a hotel, so there aren't any stars. I like things that remind me of home and don't remind me of having to pretend to be "diva". Helps me remember who I really am.
Cody Rhodes: These types of hotel's are..just...no. I need something better. Something a STAR would stay in. I look out of place. I can't allow myself the luxury of dressing in whatever I woke up in like yourself.
Aksana: ..Such a shame.
Cody Rhodes: But I like that. So don't change anything. I like the juxtaposition.
Rhodes straightened out his tie while Aksana flicked the remains of her cigarette into an ash tray.
Cody Rhodes: I have to get back on track and I can't even waste a single moment. I don't only have to defeat Trent? I have to crush him. He has to realize just how superior I am to him. The entire world must be meant to know.
The former World Champion's eyes shifted upwards where a ceiling fan was hanging overhead. He became slightly amused when recalling his history with the current "Mr. Money in the Bank".
Cody Rhodes: I remember knocking him out of the King of the Ring two years ago. Very satisfying. I quite enjoyed it. He seemed so heart broken. Poor little fella..
He began to scowl and his mood altered rather quickly.
Cody Rhodes: But he's carrying around that briefcase with a World Title shot. Defeating him isn't going to change that. Unless I break one of his legs and keep from competing until after the Royal Rumble. Awful to think if something like that occurred, isn't it? Just awful, indeed.
Aksana: ..This is really, really weird foreplay.
Cody Rhodes: Oh, thinking of the broken bodies of my opponents doesn't turn you on? Imagining Trent? whimpering in agony doesn't do it for you?
Aksana: Not..particularly.
Cody Rhodes: ..Such a shame.
Cody repeated her words from earlier as he began to crawl his way onto the bed. Aksana began to remove her pants when they began to hear a faint sound coming from the room next to them. They both began to stare in the direction the noise was coming from. It was very faint and sounded somewhat like humming.
"..Da da..dat, dat, dah dah, dah, dah ,daaaaah.."
The pair exchanged confused looks with one another. It was then that the humming got louder. And decidedly more orgasmic until it was just a female screaming. Both Cody and Aksana's eyes were huge at this point. Aksana slumped back on the bed and shook her head a few times.
Aksana: ..Well, that killed my mood.
Cody was beyond irritated at this point and perhaps morbidly curious. He rose from the bed and headed outside where it was a short trip to the door of the room next to them. He pounded his fist on the lime green colored door and leaned in closely.
Cody Rhodes: Open this god damn door. I didn't come to this cesspool just for you to..--
The door suddenly swung open and Cody stepped backwards a few steps with a fist cocked back, ready to send it flying at whoever was about to step out. But the man inside didn't step out. He twirled out while dressed only in a bath robe. He made dramatically motioned towards Cody who looked completely and utterly confused.
Fandango: It's me. Faaaaaahn..daaaaahn..
Cody Rhodes: I know. I KNOW who you are.
Fandango: I'm sorry. Did my heated, passionate love making disrupt you? My apologies.
A blonde poked her head out from the doorway and waved a few fingers.
Fandango: This is Summer Rae and she is simply insatiable. I've found a woman who is loyal. It's magical. Her ability to dance is indescribable.
Fandango had been without his former army of dancing girls ever since Seth Rollins of The Shield spooked them so badly that they departed in complete fear. Summer disappeared back into the room but she had caught Cody's attention who tilted his vision past Fandango to stare. He snapped back to attention as Fandango's hand landed on his shoulder.
Fandango: I forgive you for leaving me alone to deal with John Cena.
Being touched by a unwashed and un-sanitized hand repulsed Cody and he quickly slapped it away in disgust.
Fandango: I hear you have a match with Trent? He's talented. A rising star.
Cody Rhodes: Yes. I do. I'm going to curb stomp that greasy haired little plebeian idiot and make his parents cry.
Fandango: I see. I made my debut doing just that. I left him laying in the ring. I believe in you, Cody. You can do it.
Cody slowly began to scowl he wasn't entirely sure why this conversation was taking place or how it had come to this point.
Cody Rhodes: As I possibly need your encouragement to get a win over someone like Trent? I don't care how far he believes he's come in his career. I'm something he's never going to be able to handle.
Fandango: Cody. Have you ever been with a dancer? Can you possibly realize how flexible they are? How many positions they can be bent into? I strongly recommend it.
Cody Rhodes: What in the hell are you talking about?
Fandango: I saw your eye wandering to my lovely partner in DANCE. I would be willing to share. We're swingers in more ways than one.
Cody Rhodes: No. Shut up. SHUT UP. I'm not here for this. I need to remain completely concentrated on dismantling Trent? Nothing else is more important than that. NOTHING. That is the only thought that consumes me right now. Picking bits of his brain matter off of my boot.
Cody loosened up his tie and was growing more tense.
Cody Rhodes: WHY are you even here?
Fandango: We like to experiment in different landscapes. To keep the passion fresh.
Fandango did another quick, graceful dance move for reasons known only to himself.
Fandango: Speaking of Trent..he's going to be married soon. He won't be able to go anywhere without love. Sex, Cody. Sex.
Cody Rhodes: ..Yes, accept for the fact that his own future wife has stated that he doesn't even know what sex is. And that she's a complete and total psychopath.
Rhodes took a glance down at his finger tips which still had traces of blood on them from earlier and quickly licked them clean.
Cody Rhodes: ..Utterly..insane.
Fandango: ..Be that as it may..I've got an idea that will help you with your focus.
Cody Rhodes: No.
Fandango: FAAAAAHN-DAAAHN-GO.
Cody stepped backwards and couldn't possibly look more distraught and agitated.
Cody Rhodes: NO.
Fandango: Don't misunderstand. I'm offering a trade. Your Lithuanian beauty for my golden haired Goddess. I promise you that Summer can help you let out at obvious tension you're carrying around.
Cody Rhodes: I said NO you stupid--..Hm. That actually doesn't sound completely undesirable.
Cody stroked a few fingers along his chin. He was intrigued all of a sudden.
Fandango: Think about it. The offer is on the table. However, she is a little tired after our barely controllable hurricane of SEX. Good luck in your match. I look forward to our partnership.
Fandango danced his way back into his motel room and locked the door behind him. Cody shot his head upwards after realizing he had become lost in thought.
Cody Rhodes: Who said anything about...--
His eyes severely darkened at the shut door in front of him. His fists began to shake. He had enough obvious mental issues without piling on this along with it.
